Frequently Asked Questions About Renting a Roll Off Dumpster

We offer a range of dumpster sizes to suit different needs, including:

• 10 yard dumpster: Ideal for small cleanouts or minor renovation projects.
• 15 yard dumspter: ideal for roofing construction projects up to 30 square
• 20-yard dumpster: Suitable for medium-sized renovation projects or large cleanouts.  Contractors utilize 20 yard dumspters for heavy material construction projects such as roofing projects up to 60 square, stucco jobs and siding projects.

Our standard rental period is typically 10 days. However, we offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your project timeline. If you need the dumpster for a longer period, please let us know when booking, and we can arrange an extended dumpster service. We also can offer special contractor terms for construction companies.

You can dispose of a wide range of materials, including:

• Household junk
• Construction debris
• Yard waste
• Furniture
• Appliances (without hazardous components) However, certain items are prohibited, such as hazardous materials, chemicals, batteries, tires, and certain electronics. Please check with us for a complete list of prohibited items.

Permit requirements vary by location. You typically do not need a permit if you are having dumpster placed on your own property.  If you plan to place the dumpster on public property, such as a street or HOA parking lot, you may need a permit from your borough, township or HOA.

Our team can help you determine if a permit is needed and guide you through the process.

If you fill up your dumpster and need another one, simply contact us, and we can arrange for an additional container to be delivered.  This will count as a seperate dumpster rental and will be charged accordingly.

Ensure there is a clear, accessible area for the dumpster to be placed. The area should be free of obstacles, and the ground should be level. If you’re placing the dumpster on a driveway or other surface that could be damaged, we will provide planks to keep your driveway surface untouched.

If you are finished with the dumpster sooner than what is on schedule, contact us to schedule a pickup sooner. We will come to your location, retrieve the dumpster, and take it away for proper disposal of the contents.
